United Voices is condemning Israel’s killing of at least six people, including a woman, at a Gaza wedding celebration — an attack that one report indicates also killed a baby — and demanding that President Trump and the Muslim-majority nations that guaranteed the ceasefire treat this as what it is: a deliberate, repeated violation that demands consequences.

Israel has killed nearly 400 Palestinians during the so-called ceasefire period. The total death toll in Gaza since the conflict began exceeds 70,000 — the majority of them women and children — with credible estimates suggesting the true number is significantly higher.

“Bombing a wedding celebration is an act of brutality that exposes the complete meaninglessness of Israel’s so-called ceasefire,” United Voices said. “The deliberate killing of civilians — at a wedding, with a baby among the dead — underscores the urgent need for President Trump and the Arab nations that guaranteed this ceasefire to stop making statements and start taking action.”

The attack on the wedding comes as Gaza’s civilian population faces compounding crises. Israel continues to block the entry of winter shelters and humanitarian aid, leaving children to freeze in inadequate shelter as winter conditions worsen. United Voices is calling on Congress to demand Israel immediately lift all restrictions on humanitarian access and to hold the Israeli government accountable for every ceasefire violation — not with words, but with enforceable consequences.

“There can be no genuine ceasefire while Israel continues to murder people across Gaza with impunity,” United Voices said. “Our government and the international community must stop enabling these atrocities and demand an immediate end to all attacks, as well as accountability for these war crimes.”
