United Voices, a steadfast advocate for justice and human rights, today vehemently condemns the latest egregious act of violence committed by the far-right Israeli government in Gaza. This recent violation of international humanitarian law resulted in the tragic deaths of at least five patients in Khan Younis’ Nasser Hospital due to the depletion of oxygen supplies, a consequence of the hospital being stormed by Israeli troops.

The death toll in Gaza, predominantly women and children, inflicted by Israeli forces has nearly reached 30,000, underscoring the relentless and indiscriminate nature of these attacks.

In response to this harrowing event, a spokesperson for United Voices stated:

“The deliberate targeting and destruction of Gaza’s healthcare infrastructure by Israel’s government, leading to the deaths of vulnerable patients, including infants, is a stark indicator of their genocidal intentions. It is imperative that the Biden administration intervenes immediately to halt these continuing atrocities. We demand a swift and unconditional cessation of hostilities and call for a permanent ceasefire to prevent further loss of innocent lives.”

United Voices stands in solidarity with the victims of these heinous acts and calls on the international community to join in condemning this violence and working towards a peaceful resolution that respects and upholds the dignity and rights of all individuals.
